I checked Consumer Reports and the Baby Bargain Finder - Weighing costs. The Leksvik is new and made of solid wood. However, I do not think IKEA would be a measure of a mattress and mattress mattress manufacturers are ok. Is this an option with this cradle? My other option is a house in Italy is twice as expensive BabiesRUs. I like the look and the robustness of the two cradles. Can anyone tell me about these beds?
